Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the Replai platform operated by Replai.
1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.
2. Description of Service
Replai provides AI-powered legacy system analysis and modernization services. We offer tools and services to help organizations understand, document, and modernize their legacy codebases through advanced AI technology.
3. User Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party and to notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security.
4. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Replai and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
Your code and data remain your property. By using our Service, you grant us a limited license to process your code and data solely for the purpose of providing our services to you.
5. Data Security and Confidentiality
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your code and data. We treat all customer code and data as confidential and will not share, sell, or disclose it to third parties except as required by law or with your explicit permission.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service:
- In any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
- To transmit malicious code or viruses
- To attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- To interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
- To impersonate or attempt to impersonate Replai or another user
7. Subscription and Billing
Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis based on your selected plan.
Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in your agreement with us.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease, and we will provide you access to export your data for a reasonable period.
9. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Replai, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of your use of the Service.
10. Disclaimer
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the Service's reliability, accuracy, or availability.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Israel, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
